A few useful answers.
Clear limits. No surprises.
Do people sharing feedback need an account?
No. Anyone on an allowed website can submit through your widget without signing in. Report submitters do not count as seats. Both plans currently include one workspace owner.
When do report limits reset?
On the first day of each calendar month, at 00:00 UTC. Limits are shared across your workspace. Annual billing still has a monthly report allowance. Unused reports do not roll over.
What happens when I reach a limit?
New reports or screenshot uploads pause when their allowance is reached. Existing reports stay available under your retention policy. You can upgrade or free up storage. There are no automatic overage charges. Deleting reports does not restore the monthly report allowance.
How does retention work?
Free reports, screenshots, diagnostics and notes are deleted after 30 days. Pro keeps reports while the subscription is active, within the storage allowance. Returning to Free gives you a 30-day grace period before older reports are cleaned up. Linked GitHub issues remain in GitHub.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Use Manage subscription in your workspace to cancel future renewals, update payment details and access billing documents. If you cancel at the end of the term, Pro remains available through your paid period.
Does this include AI generation or team seats?
Both plans let you copy structured report context into your own AI tool. Built-in AI generation, team collaboration and session recording are not included in this release.
How are payments handled?
Dodo Payments hosts checkout and handles subscription billing. Prices shown are in USD before applicable taxes; your final total is displayed at checkout. Billing questions? Email contact@cluepat.com.
